Brownies + S'mores

I cannot study for my last Latin test of the year anymore. Gotta take a break and make some foooooood:

I promise this tastes a lot better than it looks.
I'm not sure what to call these. They're brownies, with marshmallows and graham crackers and chocolate... It's like a brownie and a s'more decided to have a baby, and the baby was born in a cupcake paper so the baker (moi) wouldn't have to clean the pan...

Brownie-S'more Hybrid (makes ~18)

Ingredients:
  • 1 box brownie mix (I used Duncan Hines milk chocolate)
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows (you only need about a quarter of the bag)
  • 1 package graham crackers (you don't need the whole box; I used about 3 whole crackers)
  • chocolate chips or Hershey's chocolate bar
And now you make them:
  1. Prepare brownie mix according to box.
  2. Pour half the brownie batter into your cupcake liners.
  3. Drop 4-5 marshmallows into each cupcake liner.
  4. Drop in a few chocolate chips or stick in one piece of Hersey bar into each cupcake liner.
  5. Pour the rest of your brownie batter over marshmallows and chocolate.
  6. Stick in a piece of graham cracker into each cupcake liner. I think it's attractive when you can see the graham cracker sticking out (just saying).
  7. Bake for however long the brownie box says to bake for or until toothpick comes out clean.
NOTES: Next time, I would try putting marshmallows and graham crackers into a chocolate muffin; they'd probably look more attractive that way. Also. you could just put your brownie batter into a pan and cut it up afterward. Just make sure you don't leave too much marshmallow exposed, or else the brownies will be really gooey and messy to cut.
